We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives safely, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or personalized products.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please email our customer service team at hello@luxhave.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is damaged or defective. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure that the returned item is safely received. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to avoid any issues with lost returns.

Luxhave is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Any applicable taxes or duties are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed like returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at hello@luxhave.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly assist you with either a replacement or a refund for the defective product at no additional charge to you.

Once you have contacted us, we will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. Please make sure that your return meets all conditions before sending it back.

Late Returns

Returns that are made after the 30-day period will not be accepted. We recommend that you inspect your items promptly upon receipt and initiate your return process as soon as possible to avoid missing the return window.
