We take great care in preparing your order to ensure it arrives safely and on time. Every package is carefully packed by our team with attention to detail, providing you with a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $200 and over within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders must total $200 or more after any discounts and promo codes are applied. All domestic shipments are processed via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the destination.
If you suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@luxhave.com, and we will do everything we can to assist in tracking it down. If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, please first check with your mail carrier, as sometimes packages are scanned before they are physically delivered. After an order has been marked as delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If my order is under $200, how much will shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 for standard orders under $200 within the United States.
How long do domestic shipping methods take?
Orders are processed from our warehouse in Seattle, WA on business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Shipping times vary based on the distance to your delivery address and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Free standard shipping on domestic orders: Typically 2-10 business days.
- UPS Ground with Signature Required (a secure option to prevent theft or loss of your shipment): 2-10 business days. $19.95.
- Flat-rate shipping for smaller orders: 2-5 business days. $8.95.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may take 5-10 business days.
Please note that order processing and delivery times may vary during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotions) due to a higher volume of orders.
Do you require a signature for deliveries?
Our free standard shipping and flat-rate shipping options do not require a signature for delivery. If you are concerned about porch piracy or know that your area may require extra security, you may choose the 'UPS - Signature Required' option during checkout. If you opt not to require a signature, you are assuming responsibility in case of theft or a lost shipment after delivery.
How long before my order ships?
Once your payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, but please note that during peak periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after your shipping label has been created. Luxhave is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseeable events. For more details on the status of your order, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally using DHL. You will receive a tracking number once your international order is shipped, and we ask for 1-3 business days to process and provide tracking information.
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, international shipments may experience delays. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that all packages are delivered as safely as possible. Please note that shipments to international destinations, including Canada, may take longer than usual. We recommend contacting DHL directly for updated delivery timeframes.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are not covered by Luxhave. If you choose not to pay the customs fees or duties upon arrival, your shipment will be treated as abandoned, and no refunds will be issued for your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within the first 60 minutes of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@luxhave.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. After 60 minutes, the order cannot be canceled as the fulfillment process will have begun. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
